Who We Are

David Murphy, MD, FACP

Dr. Murphy had been our Corporate Medical Director and an inspiration to Exodus. He was Board Certified in Internal Medicine and a certified Addictionologist. Dr. Murphy was a pioneer in the field of Addiction Medicine and over twenty years ago, initiated the California Medical Board’s Physician Diversion Program. In addition, Dr. Murphy was instrumental in the development of a Dual Diagnosis treatment protocol at all levels of treatment service; inpatient, outpatient and residential.

Lezlie Murch MA LPCC, President/Chief Executive Officer

Lezlie Murch brings over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience. A UCLA-trained, licensed clinician, she has led programs across clinical care, housing, and managed care, and is a published author and speaker on mental health and homelessness.
