Exodus Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) is a 16-bed, locked, LPS-designated facility providing comprehensive inpatient treatment for adults ages 18 and older who are experiencing acute behavioral health crises in San Diego County. We serve both voluntary and involuntary patients in a safe, supportive, and recovery-oriented environment.

Our interdisciplinary treatment team provides individualized care through:
