The Exodus Recovery Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Outpatient Program treatment team is led by a certified SUD Counselor who manages a group of experienced staff providing both individual and group counseling sessions. We provide extensive education on addiction and teach coping skills and relapse prevention in a structured yet welcoming environment. Our services are individually tailored to our client’s needs and are designed to promote sobriety, well-being, personal potential and lasting change.

Who we serve:

  • Alcohol and/or drug users
  • Individuals who need additional support to achieve or maintain sobriety
  • Individuals who desire additional information about alcohol and drug abuse

What We Do:

We provide weekly individual and group counseling designed to meet our clients’ goals. Our group content varies from week to week and incorporates educational topics along with time to process and explore feelings with peers and group counselor. Examples of educational topics are: relapse prevention, identifying triggers, dealing with cravings, the disease of addiction, the importance of sober support, fun in recovery, and an introduction to the 12 steps. Recovery Bridge Housing is available for OP participants experiencing homelessness.
